11 Development's latest project is the construction of two luxury condominiums in the heart of Cambridge 's Kendall Square .
The penthouse duplex consists of 1415 square feet of livable area and the first floor/garden duplex is 1225 square feet. The penthouse features a private roof deck. The units include 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The units feature a wide open floor plan with each unit featuring bay windows in the living area. The units each come with two deeded parking spaces. Each unit also has access to the large common, fenced in yard.
Unit features and finishes include new Brazilian Oak floors and high end General Electric stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with granite counter islands.
